Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool
  2. Slice cucumber, carrot, and avocado into thin strips
  3. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat
  4. Spread a layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small border at the top
  5. Arrange strips of cucumber, carrot, and avocado on the rice
  6. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat
  7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces
  8. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi
