Ingredients
- 480 mls (2 cups) Sushi Rice
- 5 Nori Seaweed Sheets
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Avocado
- 240 mls (1 cup) Soy Sauce
- 240 mls (1 cup) Pickled Ginger
- 2 tbsps Wasabi
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool
- Slice cucumber, carrot, and avocado into thin strips
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat
- Spread a layer of sushi rice on the nori, leaving a small border at the top
- Arrange strips of cucumber, carrot, and avocado on the rice
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces
- Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi
Notes
- You can add any vegetables of your choice
- Make sure to use sushi rice for best results
