Ingredients
- 200 gms (0.44 lb) Tofu
- 240 mls (1 cup) Broccoli
- 2 Bell peppers
- 2 Carrots
- 2 tbsps Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess liquid, then cut into cubes.
- Chop broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Add tofu cubes and stir fry until golden brown.
- Add chopped vegetables and stir fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the vegetables and tofu, toss well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, then serve hot.
