Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess liquid, then cut into cubes.
  2. Chop broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  4. Add tofu cubes and stir fry until golden brown.
