  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  3. Marinate the tofu cubes in the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cut bell peppers and red onion into chunks.
  5. Thread marinated tofu, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  6. Grill the kebabs over medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve hot with a side of salad or rice.
