  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 red bell pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 gms (0.44 lb) cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).
  6. Cut the red bell peppers and zucchini into chunks, and the red onion into wedges.
  7. Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating between vegetables and meat.
  8. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  9. Serve the kebabs hot with flatbread or rice and a side of yogurt sauce.
