Ingredients
- 4 firm white fish fillets
- 2 bell peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 tbsps olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsps dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the bell peppers, tomatoes, and onion. Place them in a baking dish.
- Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, juice of one lemon, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the fish and vegetables.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve the Turkish Baked Fish with Vegetables hot.
