Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) Fish fillets
- 3 tbsps Green curry paste
- 400 mls (1.67 cups) Coconut milk
- 2 tbsps Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 240 mls (1 cup) Thai basil leaves
- 2 Red chili peppers
- 1 Bell peppers
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat coconut milk in a pan over medium heat.
- Add green curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add fish fillets, fish sauce, sugar, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers, Thai basil leaves, and red chili peppers. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
Notes
- Adjust spice level as per taste
- Feel free to add vegetables of your choice
