  • 2 tbsps Lime juice

  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsps Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the coconut milk mixture over them.
