Thai Basil Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 firm tofu block
- 3 garlic cloves
- 480 mls (2 cups) Thai basil leaves
- 240 mls (1 cup) green beans
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 2 chili chopped
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into cubes
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and chili
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown
- Add green beans and soy sauce, cook for another 3-4 minutes
- Stir in Thai basil leaves and salt, cook for 1-2 minutes
- Serve hot with steamed rice
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spice by adding more or less chili
- Make sure to use firm tofu for this recipe
