  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 100 gms (0.22 lb) green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and red chili slices, stir fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground pork and stir fry until it is no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  4. Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well to combine.
  5. Add the water and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
  6. Add the green beans and red bell pepper slices. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the Thai basil leaves until they wilt.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
