Thai Basil Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) chicken breast, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 clovess garlic, minced
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 8 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped chicken breast to the pan, and cook until no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the red chili flakes, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves until they are wilted.
- Spoon the Thai basil chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves to create wraps.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- You can adjust the level of spiciness by modifying the amount of chili flakes.
