Ingredients
- 200 gms (0.44 lb) Spaghetti
- 100 gms (0.22 lb) Bacon
- 2 Eggs
- 50 gms (0.11 lb) Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the bacon grease, then pour over the egg mixture. Toss quickly to coat the spaghetti and cook the eggs slightly.
- Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for best results
- Do not cook the eggs too quickly to prevent scrambling
