Ingredients

  • 720 mls (3 cups) Cooked white rice
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 1 Carrot, large
  • 240 mls (1 cup) Green beans
  • 2 Eggs, large
  • 3 tbsps Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsps Chili sauce
  • 2 tbsps Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, onion, carrot, and green beans into small pieces
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok
  3. Add the chopped garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant
  4. Add the carrots and green beans, cook until slightly softened
  5. Push the vegetables to the side of the pan, crack the eggs into the empty space
  6. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the vegetables
  7. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt to the pan
  8. Stir everything together and cook for another 5-7 minutes
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your Nasi Goreng
