Ingredients
- 720 mls (3 cups) Cooked white rice
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion, large
- 1 Carrot, large
- 240 mls (1 cup) Green beans
- 2 Eggs, large
- 3 tbsps Soy sauce
- 2 tbsps Chili sauce
- 2 tbsps Cooking oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Chop the garlic, onion, carrot, and green beans into small pieces
- Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok
- Add the chopped garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant
- Add the carrots and green beans, cook until slightly softened
- Push the vegetables to the side of the pan, crack the eggs into the empty space
- Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix with the vegetables
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt to the pan
- Stir everything together and cook for another 5-7 minutes
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
- Serve hot and enjoy your Nasi Goreng
Notes
- You can add shrimp, chicken, or tofu for extra protein
- Adjust the amount of chili sauce based on your spice preference
