  • 1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsps Olive oil
  • 6 Tortillas
  • 240 mls (1 cup) Sour cream
  • 240 mls (1 cup) Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken strips with cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and the juice of half a lime. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Squeeze the remaining half of the lime over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  7. Serve the chicken and vegetables on the warm tortillas with sour cream and guacamole.
