Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water.
  5. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped dill, chopped mint, a tablespoon of olive oil, and salt for tzatziki.
  6. Preheat grill to 180°C (356°F).
  7. Thread tofu cubes onto skewers.
  8. Grill tofu skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
  9. Serve the tofu souvlaki hot with a side of tzatziki sauce.
