  • 120 mls (0.5 cup) milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsps parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Zest and juice the lemon.
  3. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon and herb mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
  6. Peel and chop the potatoes into quarters.
  7. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
