  • 2 Green onions (chopped)
  • 3 tbsps Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
  • 2 tbsps Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsps Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Korean chili paste, soy sauce, and sugar.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced onion, cook until softened.
  5. Add the thinly sliced pork, cook until no longer pink.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork, stir well to coat.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  8. Add chopped green onions, stir to combine.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
