Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) Pork (thinly sliced)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 Garlic (minced) cloves
- 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
- 2 Green onions (chopped)
- 3 tbsps Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
- 2 tbsps Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsps Vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Korean chili paste, soy sauce, and sugar.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion, cook until softened.
- Add the thinly sliced pork, cook until no longer pink.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork, stir well to coat.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Add chopped green onions, stir to combine.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
