  1. Slice the pork shoulder thinly across the grain.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and gochugaru to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the marinated pork for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
