Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) pork shoulder
- 2 tbsps gochujang
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 2 tbsps honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tsps gochugaru
- 2 spring onion
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Slice the pork shoulder thinly across the grain.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and gochugaru to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced pork to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated pork for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly caramelized.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds before serving.
