Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) beef sirloin
- null ml (0 cup) soy sauce
- 1 pear
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsps sesame oil
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 960 mls (4 cups) cooked rice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions stalks
Instructions
- Slice the beef thinly and place it in a bowl.
- In a blender, blend the pear, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the beef, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until it is browned and cooked through.
- Serve the bulgogi over cooked rice, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
