  • 960 mls (4 cups) cooked rice

  • 2 green onions stalks

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly and place it in a bowl.
  2. In a blender, blend the pear, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the beef, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
