Ingredients
- 450 gms (1 lb) Ground beef
- 1 Onion medium, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 240 mls (1 cup) Frozen mixed vegetables
- 240 mls (1 cup) Beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cauliflower head, chopped into florets
- 2 tbsps Butter
- 240 mls (1 cup) Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower in boiling water until very tender. Drain and transfer to a food processor.
- Add the butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the cauliflower in the food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly on the bottom. Top with the cauliflower mash.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.
