Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, yogurt, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them in the marinade, let it sit for at least 2 hours or overnight
  3. Cut the bell peppers and red onion into chunks
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
