Ingredients
- 450 gms (1 lb) Shrimp
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsps Lime juice
- 2 tbsps Olive oil
- 8 Tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and olive oil to make the marinade.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp in the center of each tortilla and adding your favorite toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like avocado, salsa, or cilantro
