Instructions

  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to 200°C (392°F).
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent.
  7. Add the spinach and sauté for another 2 minutes until wilted.
  8. Serve the grilled chicken hot with the sautéed spinach on the side.
