Grilled Greek-Style Fish with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients
- 4 Fish fillets (such as halibut, cod, or salmon)
- 240 mls (1 cup) Lemon juice
- 240 mls (1 cup) Olive oil
- 2 Garlic (minced) cloves
- 240 mls (1 cup) Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the fish fillets in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fish is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the fish fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
- Serve the grilled fish hot, garnished with extra chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
