  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsps fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean and scale the sea bass. Make sure to remove the guts and rinse well under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
  4. Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
  5. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and place the sea bass on it.
  6. Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, garlic, rosemary, and thyme sprigs.
  7. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish and then season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Wrap the aluminum foil around the fish to form a sealed packet.
  9. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  10. Once done, remove from the oven and open the foil packet carefully as steam will escape.
  11. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the fish before serving for a fresh and vibrant finish.

Notes
