- 2 sea bass
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsps fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean and scale the sea bass. Make sure to remove the guts and rinse well under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
- Peel and slice the garlic cloves.
- Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and place the sea bass on it.
- Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, garlic, rosemary, and thyme sprigs.

- Wrap the aluminum foil around the fish to form a sealed packet.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and open the foil packet carefully as steam will escape.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the fish before serving for a fresh and vibrant finish.
