Ingredients
- 1 Cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Cucumbers
- 200 gms (0.44 lb) Bean sprouts
- 4 Hard-boiled eggs
- 240 mls (1 cup) Peanuts
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrots, and slice the cucumbers
- Blanch the bean sprouts in hot water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside
- Arrange the cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and hard-boiled eggs on a serving platter
- Sprinkle peanuts on top of the vegetables
- Serve with your favorite peanut sauce or chili paste
Notes
- You can add tofu or tempeh for extra protein
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less chili paste
