Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrots, and slice the cucumbers
  2. Blanch the bean sprouts in hot water for 1-2 minutes, then drain and set aside
  3. Arrange the cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and hard-boiled eggs on a serving platter
  4. Sprinkle peanuts on top of the vegetables
  5. Serve with your favorite peanut sauce or chili paste
