Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 200 gms (0.44 lb) green beans
- 240 mls (1 cup) cabbage
- 240 mls (1 cup) bean sprouts
- 200 gms (0.44 lb) tofu
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 240 mls (1 cup) peanuts
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and dice
- Blanch green beans, cabbage, and bean sprouts in hot water
- Cut tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown
- Make a peanut sauce by grinding peanuts and mixing with water, soy sauce, sugar, and chili
- Arrange cooked vegetables, tofu, and hard-boiled eggs on a plate
- Drizzle peanut sauce over the top and serve
