Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp black pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and then rub the spice mixture over the fish.
  4. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
