Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) Fish fillets
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Ginger, inch piece
- 2 Green chili
- 2 tbsps Curry powder
- 240 mls (1 cup) Coconut milk
- 480 mls (2 cups) Cooked rice
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Clean and cut the fish fillets into pieces
- Chop the onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, and green chili
- In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the onions until golden brown
- Add the chopped tomato, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook until the tomatoes are soft
- Add the curry powder and salt. Mix well
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring it to a simmer
- Add the fish pieces, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
- Serve the fish curry hot with cooked rice
