Ingredients
- 500 gms (1.11 lbs) Fish (such as cod or halibut)
- 400 mls (1.67 cups) Coconut milk
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Ginger, inch piece
- 2 Green chili
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsps Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsps Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and spices. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Gently add fish pieces to the curry, cover and cook until the fish is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
