Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs. In another shallow dish, place breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
