  • 240 mls (1 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsps Lemon juice
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 tsps Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsps Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cauliflower by grating it or processing it into rice-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken breast in a mixture of Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush with cooking oil.
  4. Grill the marinated chicken breast for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
