  • 1 garlic (minced) clove
  • 240 mls (1 cup) sour cream
  • 240 mls (1 cup) cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 240 mls (1 cup) lettuce (shredded)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well. Cook according to the seasoning package instructions.
  3. To make the Pico de Gallo, combine the chopped onion, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, diced jalapeno, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt to taste.
  4. To make the Goacamole, scoop the flesh of the avocados into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add minced garlic and salt to taste. Mix well.
  5. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  6. Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with a portion of the seasoned beef, then topping with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded lettuce.
  7. Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
