Ingredients

  • 240 mls (1 cup) Beef broth
  • 240 mls (1 cup) Sour cream
  • 2 tbsps Butter
  • 2 tbsps Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsps Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips and season with salt, pepper, and paprika
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and brown the beef strips in batches, then set aside
  3. Add butter to the skillet and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture
  5. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to combine
  6. Pour in beef broth and simmer until the sauce thickens
  7. Stir in the sour cream and return the beef strips to the skillet
  8. Simmer for a few minutes until the beef is cooked through and the sauce is well combined
  9. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed
