  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves.
  2. Place the pork shoulder, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce and brown sugar over the pork.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easy to shred.
  5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  6. Serve the pulled pork on hamburger buns and top with additional BBQ sauce.
