Ingredients
- 4 Chicken thighs
- 2 Lime juice
- 4 tbsps Soy sauce
- 2 tbsps Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 Candlenuts
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine lime juice, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, garlic, candlenuts, coriander powder, and salt. Blend into a smooth marinade.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked, basting with the marinade.
- Serve the Ayam Bakar hot with steamed rice and your favorite side dishes.
